Kern County Public Health Services reported 34 newly confirmed cases of coronavirus on Saturday, with no new deaths.
This counts county cases since the pandemic began at 110,593. The county reports that 1,400 people have died from the virus.
Public health reports that 39,854 people have recovered from their illness, and it is estimated that more than 68,254 have recovered.
This is a breakdown of the age of positive cases. 13,560 people under the age of 17. 66,688 people aged 18-49. 20,052 people aged 50-64. 10,200 people over 65 years old.
The state reports that 19 people were hospitalized with COVID-19 in Khan, 5 of whom were in the intensive care unit.
