Kardashians Defeat Blac Chyna in Court, Win Defamation Lawsuit

The verdict is known.

And as a result, the Kardashians are not without money.

Just over a week after Blac Chyna’s defamation case against the Kardashian-Jenner family began in court, the jury has unanimously supported Kim, Krisi and others.

On May 2, these 12 men and women were awarded No damages to Chyna, who had previously accused Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner of defamation and interference with contracts.

The lawsuit, which just ended, came five years after Chyna divorced Rob Kardashian, with whom she was once engaged and with whom she has a common daughter.

Shortly after the stars disintegrated, Chyna filed a lawsuit alleging that Rob and her sister slandered him through several negative social media posts … and at the same time claimed that they had plotted with E! the leaders cancel his and Robin’s live show after just one season.

On Friday, a judge had issued a directed verdict to find Kim No responsible for the defamation and ruled that “there is no evidence” that Kardashian had “responsibly” issued the alleged defamation statements.

The allegation against him of alleged interference in the agreement then went to the jury.

On Monday, the jury, for its part, sided with the Kardashians and sentenced China to any pecuniary damages as a result of her accusations.

During the Los Angeles trial, Rob, Kylie, Kim, Khloe and Kris all stood to testify.

In a statement in Rob on April 27, he said his relationship with Chyana was “negative” and that he was “at its weakest” when their romance began.

He also spoke in detail about the alleged beatings against him and said so Chyna hit him with a metal rod in 2016 and also pulled a gun to him.

“I was probably in the worst place of my entire life,” Rob told the witness stand, noting that he was diagnosed with ketoacidosis and diabetes at the time. “He grabbed me at my lowest.”

As part of her own testimony, Chyna did not dispute the gun case.

He just said it was intended as some kind of cruel joke.

As a result of the actions, Rob was banned from the platform.

In early April, before the trial began, Chyna discussed her intentions behind the trial.

“When they got my No. 1 hit program killed in January 2017, it didn’t just hurt me financially and mentally, it hurt my beautiful CHILDREN,” he wrote on Twitter.

In response to the verdict, Kardashian-Jenner family lawyer Michael G. Rhodes said he had just spoken to his clients and “they are happy to have this behind him.”

“I think the case was very clear. The judge did a great job, they got it. The family was very pleased and grateful, they were lavish,” Rhodes added.

Blac Chyna, for his part, intends to appeal.

“Two things. First, the jury found that Chyna had not beaten Rob Kardashian,” Lynne Ciani, a lawyer, told Page Six and other journalists outside the courthouse shortly after the verdict was announced.

He added:

“Kakkonen, the jury found that all four defendants were intentionally absent [Chyna’s] contracts E! Network.

“We will appeal the rest of the verdict.”
