It Looks Like Jennifer Lopez Just Went Expensive Brunette —Photos

We are currently living what I want to call chameleon time celebrity hair. Between wigs and bleach and willing scissors who use scissors, stars from all areas of entertainment have changed their appearance so much that it can be hard to keep up. But when famous people like Megan Thee Stallion and Florence Pugh keep us on our hair-watching toes, there are still a handful of celebrities who stick to one thing that works for them, like Jennifer Lopez and her golden highlights.

But wait – what is this? Is Jennifer Lopez just lost in her usual warm blonde?

Lopez released a photo carousel on his Instagram grid on Monday, May 9, in which he poses for several mirror elves. “It’s Monday 🤍 #LetsGetIt,” he wrote in the caption, completely shining the fact that his hair looks significantly darker than usual. The mid-layered, layered style seems to be medium brunette tone closer to his natural color.

From the following photos, we can see that Lopez’s hair is definitely still highlighted, though not as usual. Instead of the warm golden blonde we’re used to seeing with a superstar, she presents a much cooler-toned color. It is unclear whether there is a hairdresser Andrew Fitzsimonswho styled his hair a JLo Beauty shoot, also colored it for the occasion, but Bravo nonetheless.

I understand that this change is certainly not of the same magnitude as if, for example, she dyed her hair green, but when you have a distinctive look that is lasted literally decades, any noticeable shadow change is a pretty big deal. Could this be the beginning of Lopez’s own chameleon era? Nonetheless, if she keeps changing things, don’t go for the locks she’s got – she’s still (she’s still) Jenny’s block.
