The northern breeze on Tuesday will raise temperatures to triple digits, which will remain until Wednesday. High temperatures of 103 degrees are expected on Tuesday, while highs for Wednesday are forecast at 101 degrees. The monsoon arrives in Southern California by Wednesday night and by Thursday afternoon there is a chance of isolated rain in the Sierra. The Valley may again be in the three digits from Friday to Sunday.
