Henry Ruggs Appears In Court for DUI Case For First Time Since November

For the first time since 2021 Henry Ruggs appeared in a Las Vegas courtroom in his DUI accident case.
The 23-year-old former Las Vegas Raiders star — who was charged back in November 2021 four crimes after prosecutors charged him with murder Tina Tintor and his dog a fiery car crash — showed up at a Nevada courthouse with his lawyers.

During the hearing, Ruggs’ attorneys argued that police did not have probable cause to obtain a warrant to collect his blood after the car accident. They asked that the tests — which police say Ruggs had a BAC of 0.161 after the wreck — not be allowed to be used as evidence in the case.
However, the judge rejected the motion.
Ruggs appeared to be static in the courtroom as his attorneys spoke, showing little emotion. Wearing a white button-down shirt, black bow tie and blue pants, he did not speak to reporters inside or outside the courtroom.
