The important relationship between inflammation and the structure of specific areas of the brain has been discovered by researchers at the University of Birmingham.

The study was conducted by a team from the University’s Center for Psychiatry and the Center for Cancer and Biomedical Sciences, with partners from the University of Cambridge, Manchester and Bristol.
