Several businesses were evacuated Monday after a gas leak in a business square in Mission Valley.

San Diego Fire and Rescue Crews cleared the area around 4242 Camino Del Rio North, near Interstate 8 / I-15, after a two-inch gas network ruptured at about 8:30 a.m. They were working to clear the scene with San Diego Gas and Electric.

A coffee shop, a gas station, a car wash and other businesses in the area will be affected for an unknown period of time, officials said.

No injuries were reported.
