Flip or Flop: It’s About to Be Over! After 10 Amazing Years!

Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack have renovated their final homes.

Together at least.

On Thursday, the former spouses – who continued to host this HGTV series long after their separation – announced that the Flip or Flop would end after 10 seasons.

Its final episode will be presented next week.

“I’m forever grateful to have had the series for a decade.” Haack told People magazine the decision to close the plug and add:

“It’s a huge achievement and everyone who worked at the show should be very proud.

“The series survived the ups and downs, and trust me, it wasn’t always easy.”

This seems an understatement.

Haack and El Moussa went through a widely publicized divorce that ended in 2018 due to a frightening incident involving Tarek attacking the forest gun after a couple dispute.

Despite this difference, however, Haack and El Moussa never destroyed each other in public.

They so peacefully continued the parenthood of their son and daughter.

And yes, they even continued to host the Flip or Flop program. The program focused on finding a home in need of renovation … the stars are working together on the renovation … and then selling the apartment for a profit. .

Both Tarek and Christina have remained in the news in recent years also because of their personal lives.

In October, El Moussa married Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young.

Haack married and had a child with Ant Anstead, and divorced after about two years of marriage.

He’s engaged again now, this time with someone’s name Joshua Hall.

Said HGTV said in a statement to People:

“Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack are long-time, fan-favorite stars on HGTV, and it’s true that Flip or Flop is coming to an end after an epic 10-season series because it’s a top-notch script.”

“More than 90 million viewers have watched the popular series for its premiere since 2013.

“We look forward to seeing more about Tarek and Christina’s real-life, real estate and renovation adventures in the upcoming episodes of their solo series Flipping 101 on Tarek El Moussa and Christina on the Coast.”

El Moussa, meanwhile, shared news of Flip’s or Flop’s decision on Instagram on Thursday.

“You have been with us all along.

“You watched me win cancer, you’ve seen babies grow into the most amazing little people and everything in between,” El Moussa wrote.

“But I’m not going anywhere and I can promise you’ll love what comes next!”

The father of two children concluded:

“With ONLY TWO episodes left, we’ve definitely saved the best for last!

“Who’s excited to tune in tonight and next week to see us make some of our finest twists so far?”

We give the final word to Haack, who published a behind-the-scenes picture of himself and El Moussa and his crew, and wrote this afternoon:

“Cattle-like news to be published, it’s the end of an era.”

He concluded his message as follows:

I’m full of gratitude for making 10 seasons of a hit program. I remember shooting a pilot and thinking, “Wouldn’t this be crazy if this really got online TV?”

And here it is, a decade later.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank every one of you who has watched the program over the years. I am extremely grateful for the support.
