Ex-Liberty spokesman says he was fired for raising concerns

Richmond, Virginia (AP) — A former spokesman for Liberty University is suing an evangelical Virginia school after being fired.

Scott Lamb alleges in the proceedings that he had retired in retaliation for expressing concern that the accusations of sexual misconduct were mishandled.

The lamb filed a proceeding on Monday.

He said in an interview with The Associated Press that he was constantly dissatisfied with asking for answers about what was being done to investigate the claims filed in the proceedings filed in the summer proceedings by 12 women. ..

Lamb’s proceedings allege that he was dismissed for engaging in activities protected under federal law that protects against sexism in education.

The school is not responding to requests for comment.

Liberty University has been plagued by scandals in recent years. Former school president Jerry Falwell Jr. resigned after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a young man.

Falwell Jr. claimed that his wife had a relationship with a man, but he was not involved.

Falwell Jr. sued School, claiming it hurt his reputation.
