Local voters file a formal ethical complaint with a detailed list of 50+ violations

On May 2, a formal urban ethics complaint was filed against Dulce Vasquez’s campaign, which described more than 50 violations, including failure to disclose an advertisement for a negative attack on council member Curren Price.
