VICTORVILLE, California (VVNG.com) – San Bernardino County coroner officials have identified a man who was killed during a rage incident on Highway 15 as a 24-year-old Marco Antonio Lara Macedaa resident of Victorville.
On Thursday, February 24, 2022, around 7:46 p.m., California Highway Patrol officers responded to a murder on North I-15, at the Nisqualli Road exit in Victorville.
According to the CHP, the incident involved a black GMC SUV and an unidentified limousine. Both drivers got off the highway and stopped on the right side of the highway.
The GMC driver, later identified as Marko, got out of his vehicle, and an unidentified adult limousine driver also got out of his vehicle, firing several shots at the victim, leaving him dead on the spot.
The suspect returned to his vehicle and fled the scene at the Nisqualli Road crossing and continued in an unknown direction, officials said.
