Clayton Echard Tries to Defend Himself, Admits He Effed Up with Susie

Clayton Echard would really like to make a substitution.

Tuesday night season 26 The boy slept with the two women (Gabby and Rachel) in the annual Fantasy Suite episode of this ABC series.

However, things later turned into a nightmare for Echard when his potential wife, Susie Evans, asked on her third installment how she could have gone to bed with the suitors …

… even though he also claimed to be in love his.

That’s a pretty sensible question, right?

Yes, the bachelors and bachelors sleep every season in this show – but Clayton just didn’t go all the way with Gabby and Rachel, although he clearly hoped to be able to work with Susie.

He also told all three women he loved them!

“If you feel like you’re in love with me, it doesn’t make sense for me to sleep with someone else,” Susie told Clayton.

Clayton and also Susie

“I have such strong feelings for you, very strong feelings,” Clayton tried to dispute his own defense. “And I can tell you that right now I’m in love with you the most. And I really felt like this could be it.”

However, the wolf did not have it.

“This is a very big thing for me, and I don’t think I’ll get past those things,” he replied. “I just don’t think I can.”

With that, Susie decided to leave the show … to Echard’s great shock and irritation.

Susie cries

“I don’t even know who I’m looking at anymore,” Clayton shot Evans back before saying goodbye. “You just dropped a bomb on me, and I don’t agree at all on how you did it. I think it’s BS.”

Echard has amassed quite a backlash from this response.

He has been charged with wolf gas ignition; prosecution his for his acts and decisions.

What does Clayton have to say about himself now?

Clayton's picture

“I didn’t handle it well. I mean, it wasn’t handled properly,” he said on Wednesday in The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous podcast.

“I raised my voice to him. I grabbed the straw.

“I was trying to find anything I could at that point make him stay.

“Like, I just wanted him to give me a chance. I went through this emotional challenge.”

Clayton went on to explain that everything seemed “from the heart” between him and Susie, and then he was amazed at his attitude about love and sex.

“He got up and walked out, and then I started to have these really dangerous thoughts,” he explained in the podcast.

“I thought,‘ Why does it look like he’s not fighting for this? Why does it look like he can’t even give me a chance? ”

“Like, I didn’t know he felt that way, and I wonder why he’s not just trying to give me a second chance because I wasn’t aware of his feelings.”

When asked if Clayton had set him on fire, he replied:

“I completely disagree with the concept of gas lighting because I didn’t try to manipulate him to my detriment at all.

“I had no intention of doing so. I’m not that kind of person. And it hits me because it’s not me.”

What about telling Gabby, Rachel, and Susie that she loved them?

“It doesn’t make sense. Now I see it,” Echard said.

Before we hear it historic Bachelor Finalhere is a look at the critique that has received Clayton’s way from the residents of Bachelor Nation since the last episode …

Tanner Tolbert: “Clayton turned from a nice (albeit boring) guy into a raging hole before our eyes all season. FWIW … means Clayton is a much better TV than a nice Clayton.”

Lauren Bushnell: “Go away Clayton. These guys really forget it’s not about them and their journey smh.”

Nick Viall: “Susie tried to express her feelings while trying to empathize with Clayton’s POV. Clayton expressed her feelings for Susie by being an egg.”

Demi Burnett: “You all look at the bachelor on International Women’s Day, how the hell ironic is that?”

Ben Higgins: “Clayton I like your beer, but before I do, can I just tell you something I wish I had heard ‘stop, don’t do it … no better.’

Joe Amabile: “I just want Susie to say you’ve had sex and Jesus still loves you.”
