FDA announces dogs will be allowed in outdoor dining areas if restaurants allow

The FDA agrees, saying people’s pet dogs shouldn’t be allowed in restaurants, apart from service dogs.

Yelp searches using the “dogs allowed” filter have increased by about 60% over the past two years, and almost half of the states already allow dogs outside restaurants. The recommendation is now nationwide.
