San Diego (KUSI) – Republican Governor candidate and radio host Larry Elder filed a ballot to recall and replace Governor Gavin Newsom after filing a lawsuit against California Secretary of State Shirley Weber. I’m back.
In a tweet, the elder announced that the judge had determined that the allegedly violated petition requirements to compete in the race did not apply.
This happens after Weber says he hasn’t submitted a complete list of his tax returns.
The elder previously joined KUSI in Good Evening San Diego to talk about his victory.
Carl Demaio, chairman of California Reform, joined KUSI’s Ginger Jeffreys in the evening of San Diego to discuss the elder’s entry into the call election.
