SAN DIEGO (COUSSI) – California state-wide primaries are just over six weeks away with 26 candidates vying for the governorship.
Over the weekend, the California GOP announced its official support for the Republican senator. Brian Dahl for governor of Golden State.
The Nordic Californian represented the 1st District of the California State Assembly from 2012 to 2019.
Prior to joining the Legislature, Dahle served on the Lassen County Board of Supervisors for 16 years.
While in the legislature, Dahle focused on overcoming the bipartisan barrier to job creation, economic growth in rural Northern California, and across the state.
He sees himself as advocating policies that keep families on their farms, protecting water rights and supporting the business community.
Qualifying elections will be held on June 7 and elections for governor on November 8.
Senator Dahle himself joined KUSI’s Logan Byrnes at “Good Evening San Diego” to discuss the approval.
