California elementary students offer pep talks through free hotline

If you’re having trouble with your day, there are preschool schools in California that can brighten your day by giving you a fun chat through a free hotline.

Two West Side Elementary School teachers, Asherah Weiss and Jessica Martin, have created Pep Toc, where students can call a hotline to get laughter, advice, and advice from elementary school students. NPR shown.
