Barricaded man arrested after threatening to stab family members in Victorville – VVNG.com

VICTORVILLE, California (VVNG.com) – A 34-year-old man from Victorville named Rollin Kiley was arrested after threatening to stab family members in the house, officials said.

It happened on March 23, 2022, around 5:00 am, at the residence in block 12000 Nuevo Ct. Victorville.

Sheriff’s officials issued a press release on the March 31 incident and said the suspect was armed with a knife and threatened to stab two occupants of the house.

According to a press release, “the victims, including three minors, locked themselves in their rooms and waited for the police to arrive.”

Deputies arrived and safely evacuated everyone from the house as Kiley barricaded himself inside.

He was assisted by the Specialized Implementation Department (SED) of the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department. The clash ended hours after Riley was detained without incident, officials said.

Kiley was arrested, transported and detained at the High Desert Detention Center for terrorist threats. Kiley remains in custody in lieu of $ 150,000 bail.
