The study evaluated the 100 largest U.S. cities based on 30 metrics organized into four categories: cost of ownership and maintenance, transportation and infrastructure, and safety and vehicle access and maintenance, out of 100. I rated it.

Irvine, in Orange County, is the highest-ranking California city on the list, taking 19th place.th Spot and overall score of 61.01 out of 100.
