Arraygency talent agency champions LGVTQ+ diversity in Hollywood and New York City

New York City-The promotion of diversity in Hollywood has been greatly boosted by a new talent agency launched in New York City this month. This is the brainchild of Jason Rodriguez, a Dominican-American who grew up in Washington Heights.

Fans FXTV series “pose” I will recognize him soon.

The end of the series after three seasons is bigger for Rodriguez, who is gaining momentum by launching a talent agency specially for blacks, indigenous peoples, and LGBTQ + talents of the Color People (BIPOC). It was just the beginning of the plan.

New venture is called Arraygency, And certainly had a wide range of talents in setting up a company in the Meatpacking District.

“It makes history because we are the first of its kind,” Rodriguez said. “We say we’re here just to cater to the BIPOC people, queers, and transgenders in the community.”

Sitting next to him was Ricardo Sebastian, the co-founder of the company. I’m looking again. “

The talent agency’s idea came from Rodriguez’s particular experience. He added that going to auditions can be safe and unreliable, “I didn’t get any kind of guidance or any kind of support until the second half of my life.”

It does not apply to talents who have signed Array gency like Morticia Godiva. She said she was grateful for the new representative. “What we need to do is reach out, emphasize, and show off to people who have never been spoken to before.”

The need becomes clearer when we realize that we have all our promises in the future in mind, but there is still a great deal of pain.

“I was denied the opportunity to show who I am,” said the performer who took her name from model Iman. “Because of the misunderstandings, prejudices and judgments we face on a daily basis.”

Another client, Babu Sanne, commented, “I’ve been to auditions and commented on the twisted style of the hair and the different looks that make it difficult to put into an ensemble.”

The FX “Pose”, owned by the same parent company as the station, opened the door to performers like Sage Doran Sandrino.

“What we see on national and streaming networks is that people want to tell a really important story.”

Another client, Azuza Crawford, added, “Now is the best time to get the most out of all the expressions so everyone can be on the same page.”
