Apple’s next event is March 8 – TechCrunch

Invitations just went out for Apple’s next big event planned for March 8 at 10:00 am PT (1:00 pm ET).. It will be an online event, broadcast by Apple Park. Anyone can watch it on Apple’s website.

The invitation features an Apple logo that looks like the entrance to a neon tunnel. It says “Peek Performance” and rumor has it that Apple will announce a lot of hardware devices this year.

Bloomberg first reported that Apple was planning to hold an event on March 8th. Even though some tragic events are happening in Ukraine, it sounds like Apple still wants to host an online event.

The company could take this opportunity to unveil a refreshed iPhone SE with 5G connectivity, an updated iPad Air with consistently better specs, and new Mac models featuring Apple Silicon.

Apple has updated its entire line of Macs to replace Intel CPUs with Apple chips. There are many options for new computers, such as a new entry-level MacBook Pro, a more powerful Mac Mini, a redesigned MacBook Air, or even some new Mac Pro and iMac Pro models. However, the company won’t release all new Mac models at once, so we’ll have to wait a few days to find out more.

We’ll be covering the event, so stay tuned.
