Anne Heche Severely Burned After Crashing Car into Home, Igniting Fire
Anne Heche was involved in a wild accident in Los Angeles on Friday and was taken away by ambulance on a stretcher.
The crash happened after noon in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles. Witnesses tell TMZ he was driving a blue Mini Cooper and crashed into the apartment complex’s garage.

The residents of the apartment building tried to get Anne out of the vehicle, but she reversed the car and sped off. Moments later, he crashed into a nearby home and started a fire. The fire was significant and engulfed the house.

Look closely at the picture of Anne inside the car (above) … there is a bottle with a red cap in the cup holder next to the gearbox and it looks like a bottle of alcohol.
Anne apparently suffered severe burns in the fire… you can see her clothes charred as she is carried away on a stretcher. She is covered in a white cloth when she suddenly sits on a stretcher and starts waving wildly as she is taken to an ambulance.

We do not know the extent of his injuries or burns. We’re told he’s currently in the hospital intubated, but is expected to live. We’re told his condition prevents doctors from running tests to determine if he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
