Aaron Donald, Rams finally get their Super Bowl LVI rings – Press Telegram

Aaron Donald’s “touch me” celebration instantly became a memorable Super Bowl moment, but he waited six months before they put a ring on his finger.

There was no need for imagination on Thursday night when Donald and his Rams teammates pointed out their flashy championship gems during the team’s Super Bowl ring ceremony. The Rams won their first Los Angeles-era title in February after defeating the Cincinnati Bengals, 23-20, in Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium.

Rams safety Jordan Fuller tweeted before the ceremony that he expected a Super Bowl ring to be “the most nasty thing there is.” He probably wasn’t disappointed after the team presented a ring that included a replica of his stadium.

“Being able to not only win the Super Bowl, but also do it at the house that Mr. (Stan) Kroenke built, is really a dream come true,” said Tony Pastoors, vice president of football and business affairs for the Rams. . “We are grateful to Jason and his team for their creativity and passion for delivering a championship ring that reflects our team and its historic season, the unique stadium in which it happened and the city that inspired it all.”

Famous Beverly Hills jeweler Jason designed the Rams ’Super Bowl rings with the collaboration of Donald, Jalen Ramsey, Odell Beckham Jr. and Von Miller. The last two are not on the Rams ’current roster, but their outstanding performances throughout the second half of the 2021 and postseason season have earned them a lot of voice in bling design. It also helps that Beckham and Miller have an eye for fashion.
