Walnut Creek business has punched windows

(cron) — A video (above) shows a window shot out at a business at Walden Center in Walnut Creek on Saturday. A KRON4 photojournalist has confirmed that the business is his BevMo liquor store at 2940 North Main Street.

Before 10 p.m., a BevMo employee reported to police that the window had been smashed, according to WCPD. A police investigation confirmed that it had been damaged by a gunshot.

Police said no one was injured in the incident. WCPD investigation is ongoing.

The windows of the store are now covered with boards. Since the display is covered from the inside, scratches are not noticeable.

BevMo is located in Walden Center, a shopping district with Starbucks, IHOP, Walgreens and more. Located off Interstate 680.
