90 people found in Houston home, prompting police to launch human smuggling investigation

Houston, Texas-More than 90 people were found in Houston’s home on Friday, and police were urged to begin investigating a possible human smuggling operation.

According to Houston police, dozens of people were found in a house in block 12200 of Chessington Drive, just off the South Belt Way near the Southwest Freeway.

The case was initially reported as a kidnapping, but it turned out to be more than that, according to police tweets.

The video shows a smuggler unloading two children down a 30-foot border wall in California with a rope.

Police sent their commanders to the scene. No other information was immediately provided when HPD first tweeted about the incident around 12:30 pm.
