1. Get better sleep

Try to fall asleep at the same time each day. Most people need 7-8 hours on average per night.
2. Stay hydrated
Dehydration can wreak havoc on your entire body, including your skin, causing it to become dry and cracked. Not staying hydrated also results in your skin losing its elasticity, which is important for keeping wrinkles away and maintaining a smooth complexion.
Drinking eight standard cups of water per day on average is recommended to keep you hydrated. But most people will need more than this. 3. Go make-up free
Having a day away from your make-up routine can feel strange if you would normally apply your products every day. But taking one or two days per week away from your make-up bag can make a big difference to your skin.
In addition to giving your face a full 24 hours without make-up at least once per week, ensure you cleanse your face and remove all traces of make-up every time you wear it. This will stop residue and other leftover particles from sitting on the surface of your skin or making its way into your pores.
