$5K reward for suspect in shooting of Lady Gaga’s dog walker

LOS ANGELES (AP) – Federal authorities are offering a $ 5,000 prize last year for information about the shooting of a stray dog by Lady Gaga in Hollywood and the theft of two French bulldogs from the pop star.

Nineteen-year-old James Howard Jackson was released from custody in April and remains missing.

Detectives don’t think the thieves initially knew the dogs were pop stars.

The motive was the value of the French bulldog, which can reach thousands of dollars.

U.S. Marshals said in a statement Monday that Jackson should be considered armed and dangerous.

The prize is information that leads to his arrest.

Representatives of Lady Gaga did not immediately respond to a request on Wednesday.

The Los Angeles Police Department arrested five people last April in connection with the robbery and shooting.

On February 24, the singer’s walking dog, Ryan Fischer, was shot while walking in Hollywood.

Fischer initially went to the hospital but was expected to recover.

Police said the dogs survived after being taken to a police station by a lady.
