4 arrested in Victorville after MPs responded to a call from a man who showed a gun in a car – VVNG.com

VICTORVILLE, California (VVNG.com) – Deputies in Victorville seized weapons, narcotics and arrested four suspects after answering a call from a man who pointed a gun at a car.

On Saturday, April 16, 2022, at around 5:57 p.m., lawmakers responded in the parking lot of a restaurant in the Bear Valley Road 14,800 block regarding a subject in a firearm, officials said.

Upon arrival, deputies contacted the driver, a 19-year-old Jacob Fernandezwho had a hidden firearm inside the front door panel of the vehicle, and a co-driver, a 24-year-old Gabriel Lunawho had a hidden firearm with him.

Two additional passengers identified as Armando McElroy20 i Terry Lopez, 20, were in the vehicle. All four men are residents of Hesperia and have been arrested.

According to the sheriff’s statement, “several individually packaged tablets together with a digital scale were found during the search of the vehicle.”

Fernandez and Luna were arrested on five criminal charges: HS1351 Possession of controlled substance for sale, HS11352 (A) Transport of controlled substance, HS11370.1 (A) Possession of controlled substance while armed, PC23900 Change of firearms85 (C) (6) ) Carrying a loaded pistol: Not the owner.

McElroy and Lopez were arrested on two counts each: HS11351 Possession of a controlled substance for sale, HS 11352 (A) Transport / sale of a controlled substance.
