PHELAN, California (VVNG.com) – Four suspects were arrested after a probation check conducted in the Phelan community.
On Wednesday, March 9, 2022, Deputies K. Schuler and D. Peterson of the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Office assisted the San Bernardino County Probation Department in checking compliance with the suspended sentence at two Phelan residences.
At the residence in block 3400 on Hwy 38 in Phelan, Steven Wright53, and Eduardo Guadalupe Rivera, 49, methamphetamine and ammunition were found. Both suspects were arrested and deployed at the High Desert Detention Center. They are kept without bail.
At the residence in the 4000 block of Greasewood Lane in Phelan, several firearms were found, including an AR-style rifle without a series, a 12-caliber shotgun and a semi-automatic UZI pistol. It has been confirmed that one rifle was stolen from the Adams State College Police Department. Methamphetamine is also located in the residence.
Jacob Walter Abel47 i Charles Russell Dempsay38, were arrested and detained at the High Desert Detention Center without bail.
