3 suspected gang members arrested during probation check in Hesperia – VVNG.com

HESPERIA, California (VVNG.com) – Sheriff’s officials said they arrested three suspected gang members while checking compliance with a suspended sentence at a residence in Hesperia.

On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at about 8:56 p.m., deputies of the Hesperia Police Department’s gang enforcement team conducted a compliance check in block 17000 on Seaforth Street.

During the compliance check, MPs were contacted Ryan OldsA 43-year-old resident of Hesperia, David BaumgaertelA 47-year-old resident of Hesperia, i Justin AllenA 40-year-old resident of Hesperia, all suspected members of a local gang.

“During the search, the deputies found approximately two and a half pounds suspected of being methamphetamine, a large sum of American currency, one assault rifle and two pistols, one of which was a non-serial Glock in the style of ghosts,” the sheriff said in a statement.

Baumgaertel, Olds and Allen were arrested and convicted at the High Desert Detention Center for PC29800 (A) (1) -Criminal in possession of firearms, PC30305 (A) (1) -Prohibited possession of firearms and ammunition and HS11378- Possession of controlled substance for sale.
