Two teenagers were killed and a third injured in an all-terrain accident near Winters on Thursday, authorities said. The accident happened around 4:15 p.m. near Margaret Lane and Lane Holmes, according to the California Highway Patrol Solano. Authorities say three teenage boys were riding in a quad ATV in Margaret Lane when they went off the road and hit a tree. All three were thrown from the ATV, the CHP said. Michael Bazan and Noah Lichwa, both 14, were identified by the forensic office as the two killed in the crash. Both died at the crash site, the CHP said. The third teenager was slightly injured, according to authorities. The causes of the crash are being investigated. Authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol appear to be the cause of the accident. On Friday, the Winters Joint Unified School District announced in a letter to families that counselors will be at Winters High School next week for those who need it. Any member of the school community can take advantage of the resources, the district said. The support program for next week is as follows: Monday 12-5 p.m. Tuesday 12-5 p.m. Wednesday 1-5 p.m. Thursday 1-5 p.m. Friday 1-5 p.m.
