Max’s executive chef, McKinsey Bridges, says he is grateful for showing off the taste and creativity of the season.
She says they’re going to add some of their favorites to the menu-“Coffee Short Ribs with Our Blue Corn Grits and Petit Carrots”.
“Three options for course meals allow us to play creatively and showcase some of the things we wanted to do and the specials we’re really excited about.” She adds.
Max’s is just one of many restaurants participating in Restaurant Week.
“14 different restaurants will be attending in 18 locations, so there’s a lot to go from Max to the new Peruvian restaurant. Sequoia Brewing is part of it, the Elbow Room, Rilies.” Fresno Chamber of Commerce. COO, Amy Fentes says
Fuentes points out that restaurants are experiencing difficult times, from pandemic closures to staffing issues.
They continue to follow the protocol to help customers have a safe dining experience.
The owners and staff are grateful to the loyal diner for overcoming these difficult times.
“The flow of people who cared for Max and supported us was never shaken. We are very happy to continue cooking for people and provide the same dining experience as before the pandemic. I think, “says Bridges.
Two years after the last Restaurant Week, the restaurant is ready to celebrate this moment and serve a memorable meal.
